Christmas Delivery Information

For guaranteed Christmas delivery please order before noon on Thursday 19th December.

Our online returns policy has been extended until 31st January 2025 to receive a full refund.

*Please note in store purchases have an extended returns policy. You will have until 14th January 2025 to receive a full refund and 31st January 2025 to receive an exchange or gift card (which does not expire).

Please understand these dates are final.

Please note we are no longer able to send to send outside the UK and Ireland.

Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you will love the items that you purchase from us. However, if you wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange then our Returns Policy is outlined below:

• FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UK (free postage label included in the parcel).
• All the online orders can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of you receiving your goods provided that the items are returned in their original condition
• All items must be returned with a valid invoice, please indicate the reason for the return, as well as the action you want to be taken (exchange for different size, refund, etc)
  
• Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost returning it to us
• Returned items must be sent to Jaba Yard, 18 Bond Street, BN1 1RD, Brighton.
  
• We will let you know as soon as we receive the items back and we will endeavour to process your request for either an exchange or a refund as quickly as possible
• If returning items to one of our shops in person then you will be able to exchange your items or receive a credit note for the value of your purchase. However if you want a refund this cannot be processed in our shops. The refund will have to be processed by our on-line team. To ensure that there are no delays please also ensure that the "returns" form has been completed
• Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used when making the original purchase.
• The refund will be credited back onto your card within 14 days from when we receive the returned goods. Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take a day or two to show up on your statement.
