Returns & Refunds
We are confident that you will love the items that you purchase from us. However, if you wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange then our Returns Policy is outlined below:
- FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UK (free postage label included in the parcel).
- All the online orders can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of you receiving your goods provided that the items are returned in their original condition
- Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost returning it to us
- Returned items must be sent to Jaba Yard, 18 Bond Street, BN1 1RD, Brighton.
- We will let you know as soon as we receive the items back and we will endeavour to process your request for either an exchange or a refund as quickly as possible
- If returning items to one of our shops in person then you will be able to exchange your items or receive a credit note for the value of your purchase. However if you want a refund this cannot be processed in our shops. The refund will have to be processed by our on-line team. To ensure that there are no delays please also ensure that the "returns" form has been completed
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used when making the original purchase.
